Currencies and total price

We offer purchases in EUR and USD where supported by the checkout. Your transaction currency and total payable are displayed before you place your order.

The final amount includes applicable taxes and any shipping charges collected by us. Where separately payable import charges may apply to physical goods, the relevant arrangements are explained before purchase.

Payment processing

Payments are processed through Mollie and the providers involved in your selected payment method.

Only methods actually displayed at checkout are available for your order. Availability may depend on your location, currency, device and the providers’ requirements.

Payment confirmation

We supply instant-download ebooks after successful payment confirmation. If a payment remains pending, delivery may wait until confirmation is received.

If payment fails, check its status before trying again to avoid duplicate payments. Contact us if you believe you have been charged twice.

Currency conversion and provider charges

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or charges. These are determined by that provider. Any charge imposed by us must be disclosed before purchase and comply with applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our Returns and Withdrawal Policy and applicable consumer law. Bank or payment-provider processing may affect when a refund appears in your account; this does not extend our legal reimbursement obligations.
